When it is due
Every 90 days of continuous stay. You can file from 15 days before the due date until 7 days after. Ping shows your next date on the Today screen.
Filing online
- Open the Immigration Bureau online 90-day report.
- Enter passport details and your current address exactly as on the TM.30.
- Wait for the approval email, usually 1–3 days. Save the PDF.
Why online reports get rejected
- Address does not match the TM.30
- First report after an extension (must be in person)
- Filed outside the window
In person
Promenada Mall, 2nd floor. Bring passport, TM.47 and TM.30 receipt. Mornings before 09:00 are fastest.
